Final Sale Items For hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened hair care products (shampoos, conditioners, styling products)
- Opened hair accessories
- Human hair extensions, wigs, and frontals that have been worn or altered
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
